Our galvanizing plant not only meets current demands, but also those of the future in terms of clean, quick, inexpensive and competitive production methods:
- It offers a clean work environment and emission-free workplaces, due to the fact that areas subject to acid contamination are completely isolated.
- It is energy efficient and minimizes waste. The planned emission limits according to the EU standard are significantly undershot. All residual substances are recycled in approved plants.
- As a result of heat recovery the energy utilization rate reaches up to 96%.
- Flush water is recycled in new baths.
