BRISTA Art Punch - for stamped art
Your favourite photos or digital image files, which can be sent to us by post or e-mail, can be used as a template for the BRISTA Art Punch. If necessary, they will be reworked by us in order to ensure that the contrast of the image is strong enough.
With the help of a special program the photos are then broken down into individual pixels, each of which is then assigned a punching stroke with the appropriate tool.
The resulting program is then forwarded to a turret press, which performs the individual punching actions on the sheet metal. Possible materials are steel, copper, brass or aluminium.
All of the images are punched onto 1 mm thick sheet metal with up to eight rolling tools. The smallest stamp has a diameter of 1 mm, the largest is 3.1 mm. The increment between each stamp to the next largest is 0.3 mm.
The images can be produced in the desired size according to the template.
To achieve the desired effect of the image, we recommend that you combine it with a strongly contrasting background.
Upon request we can deliver the image in different colours or classic, i.e. only with a clear coat (where the metallic character is maintained).
Other options are also available on request (e.g. frames, plexiglass cover etc.).
The price of each image depends on the punching strokes as well as the machine operating time and any additional options (frame etc.).
This technology enables the punching of very individual and unique images.
