Hot-Dip Galvanising Technician (IVF): The key qualification for sustained success

A successfully completed 12-month dual advanced training course for two workers from our galvanising shop.

Demographic change is already palpable in many areas, making it hard or even impossible to find qualified staff. We are therefore all the more delighted that two of our employees have successfully completed the "Hot-Dip Galvanising Technician (IVF)" training course and are now qualified as valuable specialists.

The combination of on-the-job practical work, e-learning of digital content via a learning platform and regular online training sessions means that participants can learn their new skills anywhere and at any time. This qualification fully meets the requirements of the galvanising industry. It focuses on, among other aspects, eight key learning areas: basic knowledge of corrosion protection, occupational health and safety, goods receipt and setting up, pre-treatment, galvanising and dezincification, stripping down and reworking, physical logistics, as well as quality and environmental protection.
