When it comes to metalworking, we can do almost anything for you. With our modern and extensive machinery pool, coupled with decadtes of experience and the highest level of expertise, we manufacture your metal products to precisely meet your requirements. We attach particular importance to ensuring that every detail in the production, processing and finishing processes is right so that you end up with the perfect result.
This is achieved by around 210 skilled employees who laser, punch, nibble, bend or weld all kinds of metal products precisely and efficiently using state-of-the-art machinery. Further assemblage and additional work, such as producing assemblies, packaging or shipping, round off our full service offering for you. With over 25,000 square metres of production hall and warehouse space, we can store your finished products and consignment goods and, if required, process them further or deliver them to you or your customers with our fleet of trucks.
Our machines – an overview
As an acclaimed manufacturer of metal goods, we can draw on a broad assortment of highly specialised and state-of-the-art machines.
We process your orders precisely and reliably using the following machines and technologies:
Roll forming machines with hydraulic pre- and post-punching units
Versatile and individual – on our roll forming machines we produce made-to-measure profiles in line with your individual wishes. Our five roll forming machines with between 4 and 16 forming stations as well as pre- and post-punching machines deliver high dimensional accuracy and maximum precision for every profile.
To offer you the best solution, we work with various materials, including steel, aluminium and stainless steel, and process material thicknesses of between 0.5 and 4 mm and widths from 20 to 340 mm.
Robotic welding machines
Our state-of-the-art robotic welding machines stand for automated precision and maximum flexibility. We can machine steel and stainless steel to implement a huge range of projects for you with seamless perfection and the best welding quality – for durable products with a perfect appearance.
What’s special about this is that: we can carry out welding work with MIG/MAG and CuSi3 soldering, underlining our innovative prowess in the field of welding technology.
Spot/resistance welding machines
Our spot/resistance welding machines are synonymous with precise welding and exceptional performance. The excellent quality of our weld seams not only makes your constructions indestructible, but also sets aesthetic standards.
The immense pressing force of up to 1200 daN and a connected load of up to 508 kVA are a striking testament to just how advanced this technology actually is.
Fibre laser (12 kW)
Our fibre laser with its impressive output of 12 kW meets the most demanding requirements for processing materials. With it, we can machine steel, stainless steel and aluminium in thicknesses of up to 40 mm.
The machine is designed to handle small, medium and large format sheets so that we can select the right base material for our customers.
Combined punch-laser machine
Two operations with just one machine: Our combined punch-laser machine couples two key technologies, laser cutting and punching, which saves time and leads to precise results.
This enables us to produce complex metal products made of steel and stainless steel for our customers quickly and with the highest dimensional accuracy – with material thicknesses of up to 4 mm for punching and up to 10 mm for laser cutting operations.
Eccentric presses
Our eccentric presses offer outstanding performance and precision. They can machine steel (including Sendzimir galvanised steel) and stainless steel and are an excellent solution for handling material thicknesses of 1-6 mm and widths of 20-400 mm.
Thanks to their state-of-the-art technology, our eccentric presses deliver outstanding results with pressing forces of between 50 and 250 tons.
Folding benches
Our folding benches are characterised by their high processing capacity and maximum flexibility for machining steel, stainless steel and aluminium up to a maximum product length of 3000 mm. They also meet the highest expectations with regard to product quality, efficiency and precision.
With a pressing force of up to 125 t, we are able to realise complex bends and shapes with the utmost dimensional accuracy.
Expanded metal production
From coil material to expanded metal mesh – steel and aluminium can be precisely machined with our specialised expanded metal punches. Offset cuts and the simultaneous expanded deformation create the typical diamond meshes on the surface. On the punching presses we can process material thicknesses of 0.5 to 3 mm and widths of up to 1500 mm. This enables us to manufacture extremely precise and robust expanded metal products with different mesh sizes. Particularly economical: no material is lost during the production process.
Wire erosion machine
With the aid of our state-of-the-art wire erosion machine, we can produce workpieces with complex geometries and tight tolerances – for example individual CAD/CAM-supported tools. Our wire erosion machine is designed to master even the most complex challenges – from widths of up to 305 mm and lengths of up to 1050 mm through to a traverse path of 600 x 400 x 310 mm. It is fundamentally capable of processing any conductive material – with maximum precision and attention to detail.
