Laser cutting and punching in perfect unity
Our fibre laser works fully automatically, with maximum precision and efficiency and an impressive 12 kW output. The sheet metal laser is capable of fulfilling even our customers’ most demanding tasks and requirements. It manufactures laser-cut parts from steel, stainless steel and aluminium in various sizes and thicknesses exactly according to their specifications.
The system can be operated completely unmanned and around the clock: The base material – metal sheets up to 40 mm thick – is automatically fed from the sheet storage tower and formed into the desired shape with the aid of the laser beam. The processed material is then fed back into the tower, where it can be temporarily stored until the next work step. This enables us to produce a huge spectrum of parts and large quantities quickly and cost-effectively.

Combined punch-laser machine
In addition to the fibre laser, our customers also have at their disposal a combined machine for both laser cutting and punching operations. In this way we unite two key technologies in one machine, enabling us to produce complex metal products that require both steps in a time-saving and therefore cost-efficient manner. Maximum precision and dimensional accuracy are self-evident.
