Roll forming
On our roll forming systems, we can produce metal products with all kinds of cross-sectional shapes. The base material – steel (including Sendzimir galvanised steel) or stainless steel – not only passes through up to 16 forming stations on the machines but can also be formed into any desired shape on the upstream and downstream punching units.
We can create many different shapes, angles, perforations, dimensions and radii, for example U-shaped profiles, L-shaped profiles, C-shaped profiles, stamped or punched products. We can reproduce even the most complex geometries for you flexibly, precisely and reliably according to your requirements.

Products with a profile
Roll forming is a metalworking method in which metal coils are shaped as required by rolling them and folding over the edges. This allows continuous profiles with a uniform cross-sectional shape to be manufactured quickly and economically.
For large volumes
Roll forming is especially suitable for cost-optimised, mass production processes as large volumes of profiles can be produced with high accuracy and repeatability. In combination with our punching units, we can manufacture extremely complex, made-to-measure products for you that might be too difficult or expensive using other methods.
