Our welding systems are used whenever steel needs to be joined to steel with precision and durability. Using our welding robots and manual welding stations, we can cover a huge spectrum of different welding jobs for you – with certified quality.
The high degree of automation of our welding robots also enables us to deliver even large-scale order volumes quickly, reliably and cost-effectively. Your special and one-off products, on the other hand, are fabricated by our skilled workers at the manual welding stations. In general, various welding methods – such as MIG/MAG welding or CuSi3 soldering – are available.

Quality tested
We offer you verified welding quality as corroborated by the welding certificate issued by our certification partner "ZDH-ZERT GmbH". This means that our specialists are qualified to produce standardised welded constructions that comply with the requirements of the European Construction Products Regulation. This plays an essential role particularly if our customers want to manufacture products with the CE marking.
Manifold processes
Innovative. Flexible. Multifaceted. We use various welding methods and technologies depending on the specific application: this enables us to carry out gas-shielded welding with MIG/MAG and CuSi3 soldering. We also have various means and possibilities at our disposal for producing projection and resistance welds with an impressive pressing force of up to 1200 daN.
