Our surface engineering – an overview

The surface finish protects our metal products against corrosion, making them particularly durable. Did you know, for instance, that the Eiffel Tower in Paris must be protected against corrosion by being painted every 7 years with a coating weighing 60 tons – at a cost of 3 million euros?

If the steel had been hot-dip galvanised before the landmark was built, these astronomical maintenance costs could have been saved as this treatment is hard to beat where durability and sustainability are concerned.

We can also powder-coat products made of galvanised and non-galvanised steel as well as aluminium, which further enhances the corrosion protection and also lends the metal products an aesthetic finishing touch. Thanks to a fully automatic booth and an additional 2-person manual booth, colours can be quickly changed at any time, which allows us to accommodate your requirements with even more flexibility.
